Online quote

Do I have to dig to take my measurements ?
Digging, moving or lifting only a part to take your measurements, we will do the full work once the contract is accepted, the surface preparation is always included in our work task, with no additional costs. Check with your tape measure height after digging a part under the ground near the foundation wall. If the soil is uncompacted, add 6 inches or more depending on the case and if your soil is very compact added 3 inches or more as the case may be. If you have a turf that has been installed recently, lift some of your lawn and take your height measurement and replace your lawn, if your lawn is well anchored in the ground, add only 3 inches to your measure. We do not move any paving-stone, slab, rock, gravel or any other flooring without your consent. We can dig deeper into the ground according to your request, an on-site submission is preferable if you have more information to communicate us.
Do we have to remove the openings (window, etc.) in our calculations ?
No, unless an opening exceeds 50 square feet. The reason is simple, we have to cover all the openings to protect them and to rectify the contour of it as the case may be, resulting in material costs and extra time to do this work.
How do I calculate my surface area ?
To calculate a surface use a measuring tape that includes inches, calculate each surface this way: (height (inch) × length (inch) = square inches ÷ 144 = square foot) and at the end add up all your square feet this Which gives you the total square footage. For example if you with a height of 36 inches and a length of 128 inches: (36 × 128 = 4608 ÷ 144 = 32), the result will be 32 square feet and if you with a height of 32 inches and a length of 365 Inches: (32 × 365 = 11680 ÷ 144 = 81.11 ...), the result will be 81.11 square feet. You have to include only 2 digits after the decimal point in your calculations, you must always transform your square inches into square feet before summing your results, because there are fewer digits to add and thus much fewer calculation errors . So your great result will be (32 + 81,11 = 113,11). Grand Total of 113.11 square feet.
Does online quotation reflect reality?
Yes, in all online submission cases to date, there has never been a price difference of more than $ 100 per contract (often down). We check together the submission and the surfaces before doing the work. You can make the changes you want before the work begins and we will adjust the submission accordingly. Consult the online submission section (FAQ menu) and read all the recommendations. Attach a photo or two to the submission and your application should be perfect.
